Our Purchasing Policy
For a customer to purchase our fabrics at Subtle fabrics, the customer has agreed that they have seen a sample of the fabric before purchasing. The customers is advised to check their cart, confirming the fabric quantity (yardage) and color are to the customers’ specifications before placing an order.
Once the order is placed, customer has a time grace of 2 hours after placing an order online to change, add to, or cancel their order before emailing us at: email@example.com. Subtle Fabrics does same day shipping or the next working days. Working days are defined as Mondays-Fridays excluding weekends.

If your fabric is not in stock or unavailable to be shipped, the customer can choose to cancel their order, reselect another fabric, or agree to wait for the previous ordered fabric. Once the fabric has been ordered, the customer then agrees that fabric can now be purchased on the website at www.subtlefabrics.com.
Purchasers are advised to go through our return policy before placing an order.
Our Return Policy:
Subtle Fabrics has a 14-day return policy, which allows a customer return a purchased item within 14 days after receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, uncut or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In situations where a customer needs to return an item in which, refunds may be applied. These are the terms and condition to be applied:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of original shipping date.
- The returned items must be in its original, unflawed condition,
- Unmarked and uncut by the customer and must be received within 10 days of original delivery date.
- Items on special orders or promotional offers are not returnable.
- Fabric sample orders are not returnable.
- If your order is deemed returnable, you will receive a refund of your order or it can be exchanged but less shipping charges.
- Unless we are in error, we do not refund shipping costs.
- We don’t offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases, once fabric has been cut.
To start a return, you can contact us at: info@Subtlefabrics.com. If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. However, if there’s a factory misprint or you received the wrong fabrics, which is unlikely, we would exchange the fabric for you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Our Delivery Policy
Items are delivered within same day to 14 working days after payment. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed.
Cost of delivery outside Lagos and outside Nigeria depends on its location. In general, domestic shipments within the country are in transit within same day to 14 working days depending on the volume of the order.
In case of change of delivery address requests, we will be able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched, if the new address is communicated.
We take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner, not when it arrives at your door.
Delivery times may vary within the stated allowable duration applicable to you, based on your specific location, weather, political forces and your local Customs Office.
